The 24/7 Drop In Centre

24 7 Drop In Centre

Exploring The Three Principles With Sarie Taylor

Did you know there's a 24/7 drop in centre available for support with your anxiety and overwhelm - and its closer than you think!?

We recently had Dicken Bettinger in The Membership as a guest, and he shared a wonderful metaphor that stuck with myself, as well as so many of my members, and he gave me full permission to steal it, so here I am sharing with you now!

He talked about us all having a drop in centre.

Our own drop in centre that is open all hours and is the most wonderful non judgmental place you could ever wish to be, it’s full of love, and its also where quiet and peace of mind sit.

It’s inside each and every one of us.

We all have access to our innate wellbeing. And the good news is that there isn't anything we need to do to access it or get there, we simply go within.

So many people will say they struggle to go within and that they struggle to get present in any way. It can be so hard to put into words, but Dicken said something on that call that really resonated with me: he explained in words what I had been (thankfully) seeing this last ten years!

Here is my attempt to share it with you...
Ask yourself this…
How do you know you are alive?
How do you know you are just more than your body?
How do you know that you are more than just your thoughts?
Go within and ask yourself how you know that you are alive!

For me it’s an energy: a feeling of something more that I can not put into words.

I feel it though, I know I am not just a body or a shell, but that I am a part of the vast expansiveness of life and the universe.

It’s that same energy at source that we came from and that we are always connected to whether we think it or not!

That is also the same energy that guides us through life, and where peace of mind lies.

That energy is our 24/7 drop in centre - the place to take us back to the present and where we will always find our innate wellbeing - it was always there.

Explore and get curious about how that looks or feels for you!

If you feel like you can hear something in this, but want to explore more, then you may find the membership a great place to start - and of course, the full replay video from Dicken on that transformational call!

Are we overcomplicating mental health?

The continuous spiral of talking about mental illness and neglecting to discuss mental health that’s within us all!

Finding herself in a mental hospital for a month aged 22, her worst fears of going crazy had come true! Sarie truly believed she was broken for many years, and now sees that this was in part due to massively over complicating what it meant be a human being. After a long period of exploring and training as a psychotherapist, still burning out every 18 months for another ten years, Sarie finally found the answer, and now shares the surprising simplicity of it all to help others get the same relief.

Sarie has trained as a transactional analysis psychotherapist, as well as working and training in many other therapeutic disciplines, such as NLP, CBT, DBT and hypnotherapy. Sarie is also an author, celebrity coach and therapist, working with thousands of people a year, of all ages, all over the world. Her main aim is to help them really see the simplicity and beauty behind human nature, getting out of their heads and into their lives, being able to see that the inside out nature of life really is a gift. This removes limitations and stories they may hold about themselves, and as a result finding an ease and contentment in life they often never knew was possible.
