Tough Love

Exploring The Three Principles with Sarie Taylor

Join me today for my once-a-year burst of Tough Love!
So you may have heard some of my tough love before if you have been following me for a while.
I donā€™t do it often as I know not everyone will like it and may even unsubscribe BUT I am all about honesty so here goes...!Ā

SO many of us want to change and know in some ways that there is more to life than we are currently experiencing.
This can be frustrating because we have a whole load of stories like:

āž”ļøThat's just the way it isĀ

āž”ļøIā€™ve always been like thisĀ

āž”ļøI donā€™t have the timeĀ

āž”ļøI will sort myself when x y and z happensĀ

And yet more peace of mind and contentment in life is always accessible!
There is no need to wait or tell ourselves stories about what we think to be true.
I am not apologising for talking about my membership in this blog either because the whole purpose of that was to create a safe space different to so many others where we look at how phenomenal we are instead of focusing on the idea that we are broken, damaged or just have to put up with feeling rubbish, we donā€™t!Ā

If we want change and insights to create that change we need to be looking in the right direction and that's what I am all about.
For so many years I believed I was broken in some ways and that was it, and to be honest that was quite a depressing prospect for me, thankfully it wasnā€™t true and isnā€™t true for any of us! We are not broken we are humans having a human experience (some of which we may dislike).
When we see more and more the true nature of humans, we stop fearing our experience so much and that results in a much more balanced and hopeful outlook on life.Ā

So my wish for you isā€¦

šŸ’›You stop waiting ā€˜untilā€™Ā

šŸ’›You prioritise yourselfĀ

šŸ’›You believe what is possible for all of usĀ

You can find some consistency and be hand held by me to achieve any of these inside my membership or on any of my courses BUT you can also do this by simply committing to yourself (whatever that looks like for you!)Ā

I will hopefully see some of you inside the membership before the price increases by Ā£10 a month on March the 1st and if not I look forward to seeing you around on socials AND seeing you prioritising yourself occasionally!Ā

With LoveĀ

Are we overcomplicating mental health?Ā

The continuous spiral of talking about mental illness and neglecting to discuss mental health thatā€™s within us all!Ā

Finding herself in a mental hospital for a month aged 22, her worst fears of going crazy had come true! Sarie truly believed she was broken for many years, and now sees that this was in part due to massively over complicating what it meant be a human being. After a long period of exploring and training as a psychotherapist, still burning out every 18 months for another ten years, Sarie finally found the answer, and now shares the surprising simplicity of it all to help others get the same relief.Ā

Sarie has trained as a transactional analysis psychotherapist, as well as working and training in many other therapeutic disciplines, such as NLP, CBT, DBT and hypnotherapy. Sarie is also an author, celebrity coach and therapist, working with thousands of people a year, of all ages, all over the world. Her main aim is to help them really see the simplicity and beauty behind human nature, getting out of their heads and into their lives, being able to see that the inside out nature of life really is a gift. This removes limitations and stories they may hold about themselves, and as a result finding an ease and contentment in life they often never knew was possible.Ā
