We Never Stop Having Insights: The Key To Lasting Change

Never stop having insights

When it comes to making meaningful changes in life, we often focus on behaviour:

  • “I want less of this.”
  • “I want more of that.”

But the real, lasting change comes from insight - those powerful moments when we see something in a completely new way. Insights provide clarity, shift our thinking, and lead to natural, effortless behavioural changes.

Why Insights Matter

Unlike forcing change, which feels like an uphill battle, insights transform us effortlessly. They create permanent shifts in how we see the world and ourselves. For instance:

  • A clearer mind.
  • New thoughts.
  • Natural changes in behaviour.

When change comes from insight, it’s no longer a struggle to “stay consistent.”

It’s simply who you are. And the best part? You’ll never run out of insights.

As humans, we are wired to keep exploring, learning, and gaining fresh perspectives.

How Insights Change Your Life

People often ask me for strategies or tools to change the way they feel. But the truth is, it’s not about doing more; it’s about understanding more. When you truly understand what it means to be human, answers emerge from within - no force, no effort, no complicated plans.

This approach may feel counterintuitive because it’s so simple, yet simplicity is the secret. With awareness and presence, insights arise naturally. Even if your mind feels busy or overwhelmed, insights can still break through - after all, every time you say, “I don’t know,” you’re opening yourself up to a new possibility.

Insights in My Life: A Personal Story

I’ve been immersed in this understanding for over 12 years, and each year brings new insights that deepen my experience of being human. They’ve revealed blind spots, brought me peace of mind, and reminded me of my resilience.

Recently, I was diagnosed with cancer. This news could have consumed me with fear, anxiety, and panic. But thanks to my grounding in this understanding, I’ve been able to navigate this uncertainty with peace of mind and gratitude.

That’s not to say I don’t have moments of overwhelm - of course I do. But instead of being consumed by fear, I’m living my life fully, experiencing the full range of emotions, and embracing the joy and gratitude that come with them.

Finding Insights Through Community

One of the most transformative periods of my journey came during the Me Before We program, which I facilitated with Guest Mentor Aaron Turner. Over six months, we explored The Three Principles in a safe, supportive group setting with our participants.

The deep conversations and shared experiences were profound. Even as a facilitator, I found myself listening deeply and having insights that I now realise were preparing me for life’s challenges.

This programme showed me once again that we are all far more resilient than we think. And that includes you.

Ready to Explore Insights for Yourself?

If this resonates with you, imagine what’s possible when you immerse yourself in this understanding. Whether you’re:

  • A coach looking to deepen your practice.
  • Someone seeking personal transformation.
  • Or exploring a career in The Three Principles…

Our Me Before We six-month programme can help you unlock insights that will change your life. With ICF-accredited training, expert guidance, and a supportive community, you’ll discover how resilient and capable you truly are.

Are we overcomplicating mental health?

The continuous spiral of talking about mental illness and neglecting to discuss mental health that’s within us all!

Finding herself in a mental hospital for a month aged 22, her worst fears of going crazy had come true! Sarie truly believed she was broken for many years, and now sees that this was in part due to massively over complicating what it meant be a human being. After a long period of exploring and training as a psychotherapist, still burning out every 18 months for another ten years, Sarie finally found the answer, and now shares the surprising simplicity of it all to help others get the same relief.

Sarie has trained as a transactional analysis psychotherapist, as well as working and training in many other therapeutic disciplines, such as NLP, CBT, DBT and hypnotherapy. Sarie is also an author, celebrity coach and therapist, working with thousands of people a year, of all ages, all over the world. Her main aim is to help them really see the simplicity and beauty behind human nature, getting out of their heads and into their lives, being able to see that the inside out nature of life really is a gift. This removes limitations and stories they may hold about themselves, and as a result finding an ease and contentment in life they often never knew was possible.
