I teach my clients and members how our thoughts work, and strive every day to help others find the same peace and calm that I've found from understanding how our minds and bodies work.

Hi, I'm Lily!

As a child I often felt anxious. Sometimes when my parents would go out at night I’d sit in their closet crying and smelling my mom’s sweaters worrying that they would die. I felt like something was wrong with me for having these thoughts and worries. I often had stomach aches and headaches as a result of anxiety.

Because of my anxiety (and what I now know was undiagnosed Obsessive Compulsive Disorder OCD), I wanted to help others and got a bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in educational psychology.

One day when I was searching the internet for yet another way to heal myself, I came across something called the Three Principles. I took courses developed by Sarie Taylor and continued to participate in her groups. After doing her 7 days course on anxiety, the relief I felt was almost instant.

Learning about the Three Principles was the missing link I needed to unlock my inner wisdom and live with more ease. 

You could say I had a varied career until I found my purpose and passion, exactly where I am now!
