Are You Too Busy
Exploring The Three Principles with Sarie Taylor
Things I used to think, feel and do before I saw what I see now!
I used to constantly feel busy, juggling multiple responsibilities such as my job, parenting, socialising, and maintaining relationships with friends and family. It seemed like there was always something demanding my attention, leaving me with no time to relax or catch a break.
I often wondered how others managed to handle everything without feeling overwhelmed.
The feeling of being overwhelmed would frequently consume me, leading to burnout every few months.
I tried various therapies to cope with my anxiety and overwhelm - I literally tried everything I could get my hands on, but it wasn't until I discovered the Three Principles that I truly understood the root of my struggles with anxiety and overwhelm.
Through this newfound understanding, I realised that it's not the external factors in my life that determine my experience, but rather how I perceive and interpret those factors in my own mind:
A busy life doesn't automatically create a busy mind, but a busy mind usually creates a busy life.
After trying every other type of therapy out there that I could get my hands on to help with my anxiety and overwhelm, I came to understand through my discovery of the Three Principles that it's not the external things in my life that I'm doing or not doing, but it's my experience and my reality of those things through my own mind.
I now understand how we as humans work thanks to the Three Principles, and I can use that understanding to my advantage to NOT feel overwhelmed by the busy-ness of life.
It's that understanding and the approach of The Three Principles that I'm so passionate about sharing with my members and clients and through my online courses. We CAN reduce our anxiety and overwhelm. It IS possible.
If you're currently feeling overwhelmed by the constant demands of life and find yourself comparing your abilities to others, remember this:
There is nothing inherently wrong with you. You are not broken or failing. Instead, it's important to recognise that a busy mind usually creates a busy life, and by addressing the root cause, we can find peace amidst the chaos.
Here's that reminder once more for you:
A busy life doesn't automatically create a busy mind, but a busy mind usually creates a busy life.

Are we overcomplicating mental health?Â
The continuous spiral of talking about mental illness and neglecting to discuss mental health that’s within us all!Â
Finding herself in a mental hospital for a month aged 22, her worst fears of going crazy had come true! Sarie truly believed she was broken for many years, and now sees that this was in part due to massively over complicating what it meant be a human being. After a long period of exploring and training as a psychotherapist, still burning out every 18 months for another ten years, Sarie finally found the answer, and now shares the surprising simplicity of it all to help others get the same relief.Â
Sarie has trained as a transactional analysis psychotherapist, as well as working and training in many other therapeutic disciplines, such as NLP, CBT, DBT and hypnotherapy. Sarie is also an author, celebrity coach and therapist, working with thousands of people a year, of all ages, all over the world. Her main aim is to help them really see the simplicity and beauty behind human nature, getting out of their heads and into their lives, being able to see that the inside out nature of life really is a gift. This removes limitations and stories they may hold about themselves, and as a result finding an ease and contentment in life they often never knew was possible.Â
